With the surge in Corona virus cases in Liberia as reported by Health authorities, the Administration of AME University has reinforced the following measures in order to ensure a safe environment for work and school:

1. Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose both on and off-campus.
2. Wash your hands as often as you can at the nearest hand washing station on campus.
3. Avoid shaking hands
4. Keep 6 feet apart from others
5. Visit the school clinic when you feel any symptoms of illness while on campus.
6. Do not come to school or work when you feel sick.

Kindly note that the security guards have been instructed not to grant access to any student, administrator, lecturer, and/or visitor who do not adhere to the health protocol.

Meanwhile, the Administration distances itself from News circulating on social media indicating that the University has been ordered close by its Board Chair. This information is untrue.

Decisions affecting the University are communicated formally by Administration and not individuals on Facebook.
