Monrovia, Liberia (Nov. 18, 2022): The Department of Public Health’s 1st Scientific Symposium and Anniversary was today held under the theme: “Preventing Antimicrobial Resistance Together” The day’s activities began with a parade in the streets of Monrovia and ended with an indoor program in the school’s auditorium. The activities are part of the observance of World Anti-Microbial Resistance Day and brought together leaders in the world of science who identified solutions aimed at dealing with the prevention of antimicrobial resistance. Thanks to Dr.Abdulrahman Bah and his young and energetic team for pulling this off.
